Lake Care Co. owns the relationship with you and sells a single annual lake-care package. You are not signing four separate deals or keeping four calendars.
Weed removal is performed by Premier Lake Harvesting. Dock installation and removal, boat cleaning, and boat storage and maintenance are performed by vetted local vendors under contract with us. You still talk to one company about the whole season.

Dock installation and removal
Spring install and fall removal, timed for your shoreline. A vetted local vendor does the work under contract with us, on the schedule we agree with you.

Weed removal
Aquatic weeds are cut and taken off the water by Premier Lake Harvesting. It is part of this package, not a second company you have to hire on your own.

Boat cleaning
Cleaning is arranged with a vetted local vendor and put on the same calendar as the rest of the season. You do not book a separate cleaner.

Boat storage and maintenance
Off-season storage and routine maintenance are handled by a vetted local vendor under contract with us, and folded into the one annual agreement.

The company is centered on Lake Minnetonka, Minnesota. We serve residential properties within roughly a one-hour drive of the lake.
Homes only. We are not taking commercial marina or resort accounts.
